 note = {多世代に共通の健康課題として「足の健康」を取り上げ，専門家5名よる知識提供型の講演会を企画したのでその実施成果を報告する．講演内容は「乳幼児の足と健康」，「靴とフットケアの関係」，「末梢動脈疾患の予防」，「フットケアの実際」，「トラブル回避は足元づくり」であり，乳幼児から高齢者までの幅広い世代を念頭にオンラインにて情報を提供した．講演会へは100名から110名のアクセスがあり，終了時アンケートには参加者の約8割が回答した．講演会の内容が日常生活に取り入れられそうと回答したものが90％，足の健康に関するイベントがあれば参加したいと回答したものが94％であった．足の健康は，トータルフットケアという「足育」「靴育」，足トラブルへの対応，専門機関への受診と治療，という一次予防から三次予防を念頭においたシームレスな健康教育の展開が必要不可欠である．今後，教育機関，医療機関，企業や商業施設等の関連機関との連携を考慮し，定期的な情報発信のプラットフォームの構築が急務であると考えられた．, This is a report of the online lecture meeting about “Foot Health”. And the foot health was the common health issues among multiple generations. This time was organized by five experts to provide knowledge to the people. The contents of the lectures were “Infants’ feet and health,” “Relationship between shoes and foot care,” “Prevention of peripheral arterial disease,” “Practical foot care,” and “Avoiding problems by selecting good footwear.” Between 100 and 110 people accessed the online lectures, and 80% of the participants responded to a questionnaire at the end of the lectures. Ninety percent of the participants answered that the content of the lecture could be incorporated into their daily lives, and 94% reported they would like to participate in any events related to foot health. It is essential to develop a seamless health education program for foot health that covers primary to tertiary prevention, including “total foot care,” “shoe education,” response to foot problems, and consultation and treatment at specialized institutions.
