The Gokenin in the Kamakura period can be classified roughly into the Bushi and the Bunshi, who were a few of the total number. Moreover not much research has been done in this field. In traditional research, as a rule the Bunshi in Kamakura have been lumped together as Gokenin. Under the court society of the Dynastic state, they perfomed their duties as inferiors of official servants, and came to fill this role dne to their birth into this social Position. At the time of the formation of the Kamakura Bakufu, they entered the service of powers under the influence of the Bakufu as officers for the Mandokoro, the Monchyudokoro and the Samuraidokoro. In the later period their descendants were connected with public servants in the Hyozyoshyu, and Hikitukeshyu, and above all sought to become judges in judicial circles. Bushi could not carry out such special tasks. Only by then the Legacy in Dynastic state had succeeded to "the World of Bunshi", which regulated the character of the Kamakura-Bakufu. On this paper we carefully investigated the Bunshi and also the "Zoshiki", and tried to analyze the character of the Bakufu from such a viewpoint., 7, KJ00000180038, 論文, Article}, pages = {41--72}, title = {鎌倉御家人 -とくに「文士」について-(2)}, year = {2000}, yomi = {キタヅメ, マサオ} }
