名あまりの生活時間に関するデータから,起床時刻,就寝時刻,睡眠時間,家庭での学習時間の相互の関連性を分析し,さらにそれらの諸変数と同一時点および約半年後の学校適応感および学習動機との関係について検討した。言葉を換えると「早寝早起き朝ごはん」スローガンの効果を検証しようとする試みの一つである。約半年後の変数との相関分析から,小学生では早起きの子どもは学校適応感や熟達志向性の学習動機を高める方向に,そして中学生でも学習意欲を高める方向で有意であった。このことは「早起きは三文の得(徳)」効果に有利な結果であった。しかし,睡眠時間の学校適応や学習動機への影響は見られなかったし,就寝時刻のそれらへの影響もきわめて限定的であった。だが,朝食の摂食状態については「しっかり食べた」子どもは,約半年後の学校適応や学業成績などで少ししか食べなかった子どもや,まったく食べなかった子どもよりも有意に勝っていた。このことより,早起きと朝ごはんのプラス効果はある程度認められた。また,部活動参加群は非参加群に比べて学校適応,特に友人関係がよく,自分の学級を熟達志向的な雰囲気と認知する程度でも高かった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_4_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Bulletin","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"4349","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"USUI,
