 note = {日本における高齢者の割合は年々増加し，それに伴って高齢者の独居世帯も増加の傾向にある．このような環境において，独居老人の見守りや高齢者の健康把握は非常に重要な問題となっている．
　このような問題を解決する一つの方向として，本研究ではIT を活用した高齢者世帯や独居世帯を地域社会的に支援するシステムを考察する．これは医療機関や行政機関，家族や近隣の住民など，高齢者が所属する地域組織が一丸となって支援するシステムである．
　In Japan, the proportion of elderly people increases year by year. Accompanied by this tendency, households living alone for the elderly also tend to increase. Under such circumstances, watching lonely elderly people and grasping them are a very important problem.
