Michio Goto. One is a claim that long-term employment practices and norms have been broken down, so the newspaper did not report the actual state of \"large restructuring\", and another is an assertion that the disposal of bad loans promoted by the Koizumi administration that was born in April 2001 is the root cause of \"large restructuring\". About the former, as a result of examining the newspaper coverage of the time, it was found that the fact that it was reporting on \"major restructuring\" was contrary to Pro. Goto's argument.
