In the survey method, we conducted a questionnaire consisting of 250 university students' Help−Seeking Behaviors and self−positivity, self−concealment, resilience, coping scale before and after mental health education lecture. Results indicated that the conventional psychological education program focusing on information provision has certain effects for people with high self−efficacy, highly sociable persons, people with meaning and problem−solving stress coping style.
