 note = {我が国において自閉スペクトラム症（以下，ASD）がある人への支援体制は2005年に施行された発達障害者支援法を契機に整備が進められてきた。しかし，ASDを背景にもつ犯罪行為者の社会復帰支援は現状では十分整っているとはいえない。そこで刑事司法の段階でASDを背景にもつ犯罪行為者の社会復帰支援をする際の処遇や支援に関する現状や課題について検討するため，デルファイ法によるアンケート調査を各調査項目に自由記述欄を設け実施した。本研究では，その自由記述の分析を行った。その結果，ASDを背景にもつ人への社会復帰支援を行うにあたり，意思決定支援やアセスメント，治療教育，コーディネート等，多岐にわたり制度や体制上の限界や課題があることがわかった。, In Japan, the support system for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder（ ASD） has been developed with Act on Support for Person with Development Disabilities in 2005 as the opportunity. However, support for reintegration to a certain person with ASD can not be said to be well prepared at present.
