 note = {本稿は，韓国（釜山）にある東西大学と高齢者福祉館で行われた調査結果をまとめたものである．調査では，地域の課題解決の担い手としてのソーシャルワーカー養成及び実践について聞きとりを行い，そこから大学と地域の協働による支え合い事業展開について考察した．東西大学では，福祉現場や現場で働くソーシャルワーカーに積極的に関わる機会を設けることで，実践力のあるソーシャルワーカーを養成することを目指していた．また，大学と地域の福祉現場で構成される「産学協議体」は，両者が利益を享受できるよう組織され，また時代に応じてつくりかえられていた．
　東西大学等での取り組みから，地域課題の解決を担う人材として期待されるソーシャルワーカーの実践力を高めることが，大学と地域の協働による支え合い事業の展開につながるとまとめた．, This study discussed the social worker training as a person who solve regional problems and mutual support project conducted joint operation between university and local organizations through the result of the interview concerning social worker training conducted at the Dongseo University in Busan.
　Fostering social workers with practical skills have aimed in the Dongseo University, arranging opportunities involved in social service practice and social workers working there. In addition, the industry-Academia Joint Committee which is composed of the university and regional social service providers was organized so that the both can enjoy the benefits and it have been changing over time.
　The experience of the Dongseo University may suggest that enhancing the practical skills of social workers through collaboration between universities and regional organizations lead to joint collaboration projects in the region., Bulletin, 調査報告},
