 note = {江別市大麻地区における札幌学院大学と地域との連携・協働の促進を念頭に，地域におけるソーシャルワーカー養成の実践例として筆者らが2017年度から2年間にわたり実施した「社会福祉演習Ⅲ」の取り組みを紹介する．
　大麻地区は戦後日本の住宅政策とともに始まり，時代ごとの政策的影響を多分に受けながら，郊外住宅地における新しい暮らし方を現在進行形で模索し続けている地域である．そうした「変化が見える」地域特性は，ソーシャルワーカーを目指す学生たちの地域に対するリアルな視点を養うには非常に有効であった．そのことを，「地域アセスメントシート」の作成，「スタディウォーク」と団地集会所でのプレゼンテーションの実施，架空事例の事例検討会とゲスト審査委員による評価という実践例を通して明らかにする．
　今後の課題としては，大麻地区の地域住民，自治会，事業所などから見た大学との連携・協働のねらいの明確化や，双方にとっての意義と効果を追求できるようなシステムが求められる．, Considering the mutual cooperation between Sapporo Gakuin University and ‘Oasa’ (a local community in Ebetsu city, Hokkaido), this paper describes the original program of “Seminar on social work-III” which the authors have started from 2017 in social work practice course.
　As a suburban residential area, Oasa community began with the national housing policy in Japan after World War II. For half a century, Oasa has been changed and challenged to develop living environment. The variety of housing styles may be a character of Oasa and it will be effective for the students to learn a perspective on the community.
