@article{oai:sgul.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003046, author = {斉藤, 美香}, issue = {2}, journal = {札幌学院大学心理学紀要, Bulletin of Faculty of Psychology Sapporo Gakuin University}, month = {Feb}, note = {公認心理師法が2017年に施行され,心理援助専門職初の国家資格が誕生した。大学・大学院には養成課程が設置され,公認心理師をめざす者が増加している。一方で,障害をもつ学生の入学は年々増加傾向であり,公認心理師養成課程にも障害をもつ学生の入学は今後も増えることが予想される。対人援助職資格養成課程における実習については,特に発達障害のある学生への合理的配慮や教育的配慮に様々な難しさが指摘されてきた。「心の専門家になりたい」と志をもって入学する学生には,学修への公平なアクセスと職業選択の自由の権利がある。学びの機会を保障するために,合理的配慮や支援の整備が急がれる。本研究では,心理援助専門職養成課程の実習における発達障害のある学生への合理的配慮(教育的配慮も含む)をめぐる課題を整理し論考することを目的とした。その結果,実習前から終了後に至るまでのきめ細かい対話による合理的配慮について例示した。また,障害の有無にかかわらないテクニカル・スタンダード(TA)の必要性も明らかになった。, The Certified Psychologist Law was enforced in 2017, and the first national qualification for psychological assistance professionals was born. Universities and graduate schools have training courses, and an increasing number of people aim to become certified psychologists. On the other hand, entering of students with disabilities is increasing year by year, and entering of students with disabilities in certified psychologist training courses is expected to increase in the future. Regarding practical training in the training course for interpersonal support qualifications, various difficulties have been pointed out, particularly for reasonable accommodation and support for students with developmental disabilities. Enrolling students with the aspiration to “become an expert psychologist” have the right to equitable access to study and freedom of career decision. There is an urgent need for reasonable accommodation and support to ensure learning opportunities. The purpose of this study was to organize and discuss the issues related to reasonable accommodation (including educational support) for students with developmental disabilities in psychological assistance professional training. As a result, I demostrated reasonable accommodations through detailed dialogues before and after internship.
