@article{oai:sgul.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003121, author = {藤野, 友紀 and 栃真賀, 透 and 田中, 敦士}, journal = {札幌学院大学総合研究所紀要 = Proceedings of the Research institute of Sapporo Gakuin University}, month = {Mar}, note = {株式会社Kaien が運営する,発達障害のある学生向けの民間サービス「ガクプロ」を訪問し,観察と聞き取りを行った.ガクプロは就活と仲間づくりを見据えた学外サークルを標榜している.ガクプロの特徴は,(1)大学とは独立した運営組織,(2)学生が利用コースに応じて料金を支払うシステム,(3)個人活動とグループ活動から構成されたプログラム,(4)自分のペースで参加できる自由度,(5)困りごとに寄り添いながら障害認識を深めるサポート,(6)学生本人と保護者に対する個別面談の充実,である.発達障害のある学生に対する本学の修学・就職支援をさらに充実させるために,短期的な課題として,ガクプロのカレッジ講座を参考にした本学版入学前・入学直後プログラムの作成,ガクプロのスタッフを講師として発達障害のある学生の就活サポートの基本を学ぶFD/SD 研修会の開催を挙げた.長期的には,札幌圏の大学が協働してガクプロに似た取り組みを開始する必要性と可能性について指摘した., This article reports on the results of interviews and observations with the Gakupro, and makes proposals that can be used to improve the support systems of our university. The purpose of the Gakupro is to provide learning and employment support to students with developmental disabilities. The characteristics of the Gakupro are as follows: (1) it is run by the company, (2) students pay for the program, (3) the program consists of individual and group activities, (4) students can participate in the program at their own pace, (5) staff members help students recognize their disabilities while coping with their difficulties, and (6) staff members provide individual support to students and their parents. To enhance our support for students with developmental disabilities, we propose the following actions. First, we should refer to Gakupro’s programs to create pre-admission and post-admission programs for students with developmental disabilities. Second, we should plan to invite Gakupro staff members as instructors to hold workshops to teach us how to support students with developmental disabilities.
