@article{oai:sgul.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003125, author = {卜部, 洋子 and 田中, 敦士}, journal = {札幌学院大学総合研究所紀要 = Proceedings of the Research institute of Sapporo Gakuin University}, month = {Mar}, note = {現在,発達障害のある学生は様々な理由から就職活動で苦労する事例が見受けられるようになった.例えば,自分に合った就職活動を円滑に行うことが難しく,働く気持ちはあるものの,就職先が決まらない,あるいは就職しても長続きしないことなどがある.そこで,発達障害のある学生が新しい環境へ参入するプロセスを一貫して支援している富山大学へ訪問調査を行った.  富山大学では「トータルコミュニケーション支援部門」のスタッフが中核になり,社会参入支援として,早期から修学支援,就職支援を取り組み,卒後支援も丁寧に対応している.さらに,卒後支援については,大学と地域と連携しながら,卒後,就職活動支援,ファローアップ支援(定着支援)も取り組んでいる.本論文は,富山大学の訪問調査を通じて,大学と地域とのネットワークづくりを促進するとともに,多様な情報提供や機会を築くことで,多くの発達障害のある学生が安心して社会参入することが可能であり,その過程と今後の展望について述べたい., With respect to employment for students with developmental disabilities, in addition to the available welfare service, because one is in a position where it is difficult to find model cases in one's surroundings, it is difficult to smoothly carry out suitable job hunting while establishing a postemployment image. Therefore, among students with developmental disabilities, there are many cases where it is difficult to find employment even if students want to work, and the work does not last long.  At the University of Toyama, the staff of the “Total Communication Support Initiative” is central to the careful handling of academic support, employment and career support as well as postgraduate support from an early stage as part of social entry support. In addition, with regard to postgraduate support, the staff is also engaged in postgraduate job-hunting support and follow-up support (retention support) in collaboration with the local community and the university.
