Through the knowledge, skills, and experiences acquired through higher education, students discover the direction of their future life and accomplish the transition to society. Many universities promote career education and support this important process. However, students with developmental disabilities often face difficulties relating to self-understanding, self-management skills, communication skills, and executive functioning, which are necessary for social transition. In this study, based on the contents of the “FY2020 FD/SD Study Group on Educational Support for Students with Developmental Disabilities” organized in our university, we examine the career support system for students with developmental disabilities in our university, and identify issues in order to improve the system. Subsequently, 10 issues were identified, with suggestions for their improvement including development of a university-wide educational system, clarification of the roles of related departments and collaboration between them, and educational activities for faculty members., Bulletin, 特集「発達障害のある大学生への修学・就職支援」, 調査報告}, pages = {49--56}, title = {本学における支援体制の課題}, volume = {8}, year = {2021} }
