 note = {大学生の時期は，社会に出る前の最後の準備期間である．高等教育を通して学んだ知識やスキル，体験を通して，自分のこれからの人生の方向性を見出し，社会移行を成し遂げる．このような大事な作業を支えるキャリア教育/支援が多くの大学で進められている．一方で，発達障がいのある学生にとっては，社会移行を進める中で必要となる自己理解，自己管理スキル，コミュニケーション能力，実行機能等は苦手な特性であることが多く，就職活動でつまづく者もおり，発達障がいのある学生へのキャリア支援の整備は喫緊の課題である．本学では従来より発達障がいのある学生へのキャリア支援については行ってきたが，未だ必要十分な支援体制には至っておらず，体制整備を検討するために課題の洗い出しをする必要がある．本研究では，本学にて開催された「令和2年度発達障がいのある学生への教育支援FD/SD 研究会」の内容を元に，本学における発達障がいのある学生へのキャリア支援の課題について検討した結果，全学的な教育体制の整備，関係部署の役割の明確化と連携，教職員への啓発活動など10の課題が明らかになった．, The number of years spent in college is the last period of preparation for students before entering the workforce. Through the knowledge, skills, and experiences acquired through higher education, students discover the direction of their future life and accomplish the transition to society. Many universities promote career education and support this important process. However, students with developmental disabilities often face difficulties relating to self-understanding, self-management skills, communication skills, and executive functioning, which are necessary for social transition. In this study, based on the contents of the “FY2020 FD/SD Study Group on Educational Support for Students with Developmental Disabilities” organized in our university, we examine the career support system for students with developmental disabilities in our university, and identify issues in order to improve the system.
