@article{oai:sgul.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003312, author = {卜部, 洋子 and 辻, 由依 and 斉藤, 美香 and 坂口, 勝幸}, journal = {札幌学院大学総合研究所紀要 = Proceedings of the Research institute of Sapporo Gakuin University}, month = {Mar}, note = {近年,セラピードッグの活動に対する関心が高まっている.セラピードッグは人の心や身体の補助のために特別な訓練を受け,人の「心」に寄り添い,心癒され元気づける役割を担っている.学業や人間関係がうまくいかず落ちこむこと,1人暮らしでホームシックや他者と交流が少なく悩む学生が多い.セラピードッグとのふれ合い企画では,セラピードッグとふれ合うことで,不安や緊張した気持ちを和げ,自然と笑顔になって元気を取り戻す.また,セラピードッグがいると,初対面の学生同士でも共通の話題が生じ,コミュニケーションの場にもなることが示された.  更に,コロナ禍で人との交流が制限するなか,「視て癒される」セラピードッグの動画を本学のYouTubeで配信したところ,多くの学生,教職員,学外者が視聴し,学生相談室でセラピードッグのふれ合いを開催していることに対して,大きな反響があった.  本報告は,セラピードッグのふれ合いを通して,多くの学生や教職員が癒され,学生相談室でセラピードッグのふれ合いを開催する意味を検討するため,これまでの活動内容や取り組みについてまとめた. In recent years, there has been growing interest in the activities of therapy dogs. Therapy dogs are specially trained to assist people’s mental and physical health, and they play the role of being close to people’s “hearts” to heal and cheer them up. Many students suffer from depression due to poor academic performance or relationships, homesickness from living alone, and lack of interaction with others. At such times, interacting with a therapy dog eases their anxiety and nervousness, and they naturally smile and regain their energy. In addition, the presence of a therapy dog provides a common topic of conversation among students who have never met each other before, making it a good place for communication. In addition, while interactions with people were restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a video of a therapy dog entitled “Seen and Healed,” was distributed on the University’s YouTube channel, which was viewed by many students, faculty members, and people outside the University.
