Current situations and issues of cooperation of kindergartens, nursery schools, and special su"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-02-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"93","bibliographicPageEnd":"153","bibliographicPageStart":"127","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"札幌学院大学人文学会紀要 = Journal of the Society of Humanities"}]}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"北海道の過疎地である五つの振興局管内の幼稚園と保育所では、どのような特別支援教育（保育）が行われているかについて、アンケート調査を行った。これらの地域では、乳幼児に対する医療・療育・保育機関を多くは選択することができないと予想された。また、それらの地域の特別支援教育のセンター的役割を担っている特別支援学校の調査を行い、支援状況調査を行った。結果として、1. 幼稚園および保育所において特別支援教育の内容を比較したが、実質的な違いはなかった。2. 障害児にたいする特別支援教育（保育）の実践面では、保育の形態は統合保育が中心であり、日数や保育時間は健常児とほぼ同じに設定されていた。3. 障害児保育を進めていく上での困難点は両機関においてほぼ共通していた。①各種障害児に対する保育の知識と技能の獲得、②保護者への対応、③就学に関しての相談への対応、等が挙げられた。実践の土台となる面での困難さは、①予算や人手の不足、②研修に思うように出られない等の悩みが明らかとなった。4. 幼稚園や保育所は、特別支援学校の支援に大きな期待を寄せていた。特別支援学校は義務教育への支援が中心となり、幼児保育機関への支援の期待に応えるには至っていない。5. 幼稚園や保育所での特別支援教育の充実には、予算等の充実が必要だが、特別支援学校等との連携を密接にするなどの省庁管轄を超えた協力体制や地域ネットワークの充実が有効と言える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"A questionnaire-based survey was conducted to determine the types of special-needs education (day care) offered in kindergartens and nursery schools under the jurisdiction of five development bureaus in under-populated areas of Hokkaido.
