| 内容記述 | 就労移行支援事業所「株式会社Kaien」を訪問し，事業所の概要や活動内容，さらには発達障害の方が仕事に就くまでの取り組み等について，聞き取り調査を実施した．具体的な取り組みとして，発達障害のある人たちの事業所内での就労実践，就職するまでに抱える諸問題，関係機関や他企業との連携等の具体的な説明を受けた．ここでは発達障害のある方がさまざまな業務を体験する中で，自身の苦手な部分や得意な部分を確認し，自身の強みや特性を活かした仕事で活躍できるような支援を行っていることが印象的であった． 本学でも発達障害をはじめ他の障害を抱えた学生が近年増加傾向にある．今後，株式会社Kaien の先進的な取り組みを参考にしながら，本学の「発達障害のある学生への教育支援事業」を充実させていきたいと考える． |

| 内容記述 | We visited Kaien Inc., an employment transition support office, and conducted interviews about the office overall, activities, and initiatives for ensuring the employment of persons with developmental disabilities. The interviewees gave specific explanations that included best working practices for offices with employees with developmental disabilities, the various problems people with developmental disabilities face in finding employment, and the office’s collaboration with related organizations and other companies. What was impressive was that when people with developmental disabilities performed various tasks, their weaknesses and strengths were identified and support was provided so that they could play an active role at work, making use of their strengths and special qualities. In recent years, the number of students with developmental disabilities and other disorders has been increasing, even at our university. In the future, we would like to enhance this university's “Project for Educational Support for Students with Developmental Disabilities” by referring to the advanced initiatives of Kaien Inc. | |||||
