| 内容記述 | 本論では，日本におけるgifted という語の理解と社会的受容の問題の考察をおこなった。 日本の教育や福祉などの支援機関では高い知能の子どもの適切な支援や支援体制がなされていないことや，生きづらさの問題も懸念されている。そのためアメリカのギフテッド教育が注目されるようになった。だが，日本において才能教育に「ギフテッド」という用語を使用することは適切かが問われる。こうしたことから，gifted やtalented の語にある文化的な背景を語の使用の歴史と元にある言説と影響史を追うことで考察を行った。 |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, I considered the problem of understanding the word gifted and social acceptance in Japan. There are concerns about the lack of appropriate support and support systems for highly intelligent children at organizations in the areas of education and welfare in Japan, and the difficulty in living due to the problem. As a result, the gifted education in the United States has come to the attention in Japan. However, the question is whether it is appropriate to use the term ❛gifted❜ for the education of children with high intelligence in Japan. For this reason, this paper considered the cultural background of word gifted and talented by tracing the history and the underlying discourse and influence. |
