| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，社会構築主義の視座に基づきヤングケアラーをめぐる言説が何によって強化され，問題化されているのかについて，その意味や社会的背景を問い直し，「支援する対象としてのヤングケアラー」という認識による対応によってもたらされうる帰結と，ヤングケアラーへの対応の視点を捉え直す視座を提示することである。ヤングケアラー問題が内包しているものとは，本来，大人の家族内成員がケアを行うはずであるにもかかわらず，その家庭の成員である子どもがケアを担っているということではなく，その家庭内において大人を含めた家族のみがケアを担わなければならないという，日本型福祉社会における家族が社会保障を代替している機能それ自体にある。したがって，日本において前者への対応がとられている現状においては，ヤングケアラーおよびその家族の社会からの潜在化という帰結をもたらす恐れがあるため，ケアを担う子どもたちが，いつ，どのくらいのケアを，どれだけの期間，担うことがヤングケアラーとして該当する状態であるのかを明らかにし，家族ケアを家族成員に担わせる機能自体を支援する必要があることを提示した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this paper is to reexamine how the discourse around young carers is reinforced and becoming an issue based on social constructionism, as well as the meaning and social context of that shift; to consider the results that could be achieved by recognizing that young carers should be given support; and to take a fresh look at the perspective of support for young carers. Issues connected to young carers lie not with children bearing responsibility for care-giving despite such care ordinarily being carried out by adult family members, but rather the actual functions of Japanese-style welfare society in which families are effectively substitutes for social security, which means that family members （including adults） are obligated to shoulder care-giving alone, without outside help. In the current situation in Japan, whereby there is support for the former, it is feared that this may lead to young carers and their families being hidden from society. Therefore, this paper has clarified the timing, amount and duration of care that children bearing responsibility for care-giving provide to be classified as young carers, showing that there is a need to support the actual functions through which family members are made to shoulder family care. | |||||
