| 内容記述 | 本稿では，わが国における「ひきこもり」という概念の成立過程について，先行する問題である「不登校」との関係を中心に検討することを目的とする。「不登校」は1950年代後半に注目を集め，1980年代に入って爆発的な増加を示した。その後，1992年に文部省が不登校が「誰にでも起こり得る」という認識を示した結果，社会の不登校に対する容認的な態度が増していくが，成人期までに引き延ばされた不登校の問題が「不登校その後」として浮上していった。 1990年代後半になって，この問題は「ひきこもり」と呼ばれるようになるが，その後，疫学的調査が行われていく中で，行動上の問題として定義し直されていった。 |

| 内容記述 | The aim of this paper is to consider the constructing process of the concept “hikikomori”. Before it was constructed, this concept had been included in the concept “futoko”. The “futoko” began to receive attention in the late 1950s and the number increased explosively in the 1980s. In 1992, The Ministry of Education showed their recognition that anyone could be “futoko”. But after this cognition, it was easily accepted and a new problem on the youth occurred as “post-futoko”. In the late 1990s, this problem came to be called “hikikomori”, which was redefined as a behavioral problem through epidemiological surveys. |
